Returns, refunds and rights of cancellation
We provide customers with 20hs cooling off period before the printed products are deployed, to give time to requests changes in personalization. After that period all printed products enter production and can not be stopped.
According to European Customers Regulations, you shall have the right to cancel an Order only in the following circumstances:
1. If We have failed to deliver the order within 40 days after the date you placed the order;
2. In the case of faulty products at the earliest opportunity after you have discovered that the fault or defect (provided that you shall be deemed to have inspected the product as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 14 days after receiving the product)
If an order is canceled under the conditions in (1) or (2) above, We shall be responsible for all sums paid (including initial and re-delivery charges (if any) in respect of the order in question.
The refund, return or cooling off period rights do not apply to purchases of Online Digital content, such as PDFs or streaming, and Made-to-order products, such as personalised on-demand journals and books.

For the avoidance of doubt, save in respect of faulty or defective Products, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give you rights of cancellation in regard to the products, which, by their nature, have been made to your specification or clearly personalized.
You must return any product to us in its original packaging (which you should retain for this purpose).
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
